30ml Dart Distilling Pinot Noir Gin
90ml Blackhearts Gate Series Sparkling NV
30ml Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Sparkling water
Wedge of Grapefruit and Sicilian Olives to garnish

Pour your gin, sparkling wine and grapefruit juice into a large wine glass and top with sparkling water. Add a wedge of grapefruit and finish off the garnish with one (or three!) Sicilian olive.

30ml Campari
30ml Maidenii Dry Vermouth
Dried orange Garnish

Combine your gin, Campari, and vermouth in a mixing glass—hot tip: a jar works just as well!—and stir with ice until diluted. Add a dried orange slice and you're good to go!

Pinot Gin Sour
45ml Dart Distilling Pinot Noir Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup (one part water to one part sugar)'
1 Egg White

Combine your gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker—hint: this is another place a jar comes in handy!—and shake vigorously until a foam develops. Pour into a coup glass and enjoy!
