Patient Wolf’s flagship gin, aptly named after their hometown and distillery location. Juniper berries, coriander seeds, aniseed myrtle orris root, angelica root, cardamom, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are steeped into this one, with fresh ruby grapefruit, oranges, and aniseed myrtle vapour infused. This is bold, complex, aromatic, and goes beautifully paired with some fresh ruby grapefruit.
