Bottled to capture its youthful energy
Old-vine, single-vineyard Palomino, which, contradictory to previous releases, was not aged under flor (Antes de la flor translates to 'before the flor''. It sat in stainless steel for one year to settle, before being bottled. Despite the absence of biological ageing, it has a wonderful saline and nutty edge alongside mouthwatering acidity and notes of chiselled citrus and dried hay.

Who is Equipo Navazos?
Equipo Navazos was borne from a passion for Andalusian wines. They’d heard tall tales of unbelievably good wines buried deep in the cellars of Jerez, Sanlúcar, El Puerto and around Montilla.
In 2005, they discovered a long forgotten exceptional amontillado and bottled some, at first just for themselves and wine lovers around the world – oenologists, writers, distributors, and sommeliers. Since then, they have made some bottles available to the public – a few thousand at the most, often only a few hundred.
