French-style fortified red, made by blending partly fermented Shiraz with a 12-year-old barrel-aged Brandy. In accordance with French tradition, it was further barrel-aged outdoors where it was exposed to the elements, helping to speed up the ageing process and deepen its complex flavour profile. Rich yet beautifully balanced, with lovely sweetness and notes of brambles, cherries, dark chocolate, and allspice. (500ml) 16.4% ABV
