This delicious Grisette is dedicated to Buddy, the beloved rescue greyhound adopted by Sobremesa's owners, Casey Grieves and Hannah McErlane. It was barrel-fermented for ten weeks with Sobremesa's house yeast strain, with a short ageing period to keep the flavours fresh and vibrant. It's light, crisp and extremely easy-drinking, with some gentle doughy richness coupled with lively carbonation.
