André-Jean Morin's family have been growing grapes since 1704, but it wasn't until 2010 that AJ decided to start making his own wines. In the 12 years since, he's worked hard to convert his 12 hectares of Arbois vineyards to both certified organic and biodynamic.
Outstanding Jura Chardonnay from the Curoulet and La Platière lieu-dits. Lemon balm citrus, a crystalline, quartz-like minerality, and mouthwatering acidity with a cooling feel. Concentrated with depth, and a lovely line.
