Since 2005, Domaine de la Pepière has produced this cuvée from a small parcel of 50-110 year old vines.
Named for the granite bedrock that dominates the terroir, this is full and powerful Melon de Bourgogne, with a palate framed with firm acidity, citrus fruits, a hint of smokiness, and layered with minerality. Consistently one of the most age worthy wines of Muscadet and not one to be missed!
