DML VIN is a collaboration between Franco D'Anna (of Hoddles Creek) Sam Middleton (of Mount Mary) and Jordan Lewis (four-time AFL Premiership footballer). Talk about a stellar lineup!

DML VIN produce single vineyard Pinot Noir to both express and celebrate the differences between regions. Blood plum, cherry, a little spice and some subtle oak are met with an earthy edge, fine powdery tannins across the palate with a lovely lengthy finish. A wonderful wine and a great bottle to bring to dinner with your footy-loving mates.

Who is DML?

A partnership of the D’Anna family, Sam Middleton and Jordan Lewis focused on single-site Pinot Noir. Franco D’Anna is the winemaker and viticulturist at Hoddles Creek Estate. He also learnt from family, Coldstream Hills, worked with Peter Dredge at Red Edge, and consulted with Mario Marson former winemaker at Mount Mary and Jasper Hill.

Sam Middleton is a third-generation winemaker who’s honed his craft learning from his family and time at Coldstream Hills, Dominique Portet, working vintages in Burgundy and Bordeaux. Jordan discovered a passion for wine in Florence and struck up a friendship with the D’Anna boys while chasing a particular bottle of Franco’s wine.
