Like rolling/sliding down an icy hill on a lemon that needed another couple of days – are lemons just meant to drop? It’s not tart, there’s lime leaf and lees for breath and texture. So perfect with cos lettuce, bagna cuada and comte in the afternoon.

A full wild fermentation that took place in large format oak and leaves you with plenty of grapefruit snap and tart strawberries in the glass. It’s a great lunch wine and will do well with quince, cheese and chatter.

Some things play sweet, but the sweetness stays out of the way because your eye (and palate) is too busy loving all the big orange notes here, which dance with local botanicals— strawberry gum and lemon myrtle. Pour generously in a highball over ice. Yum.

Scintilla Apero Blanc Vermouth 2023

A mostly whole-bunch fermentation that shows off some skinsy Chardonnay, but with phenolic edges that are lifted by the Sauvignon Blanc with Swayze-like. When floating up there, you'll feel floral and citrus goodness, and a fresh-cut grass feel.

Pulpy with a little oxidative edge. This drinks broad so a lot of people are going to love it, and find attractive flavours in every sip. Ripe apple is pretty consistent throughout, like a smile.

The tannins are dusty, earthy spices, and high-toned acidity. This is old school, but it’s still holding onto a little, effortless, cool vibe. Great at dinner parties. Drink it while the sunsets, and in between pieces of cheese you cut that’s too big for the cracker.

Expect a cornucopia of subtle red fruits that sparkle like mosaics on a clear, sunny afternoon. Mostly Pinot Muenier that comes from the rive gauche (left bank) of Mardieul just under Reims.
