Early picked to retain freshness, this 'Raz from the mighty Barossa will delight both lovers of cool and warm climate Shiraz. Fleshy red berries, saltbush herbals and liquorice spice with smooth, supple tannins and moreish acidity.

Continental Platter Shiraz 2021

Concentrated and complex, the base for this cuvée comes from the 2018 vintage and is blended with a reserve solera kept since 1986. Bursting with orchard fruit and bread on the nose; on the palate, it's elegantly textural, with a delectable mousse, lively acidity and a saline finish. Adrien's intention with this cuvée was to represent the main villages he works with, using a blend of Chardonnay from Sézanne, Pinot Noir from Avenay Val d'Or and old vine Pinot Meunier from Cuis.

This silky lil' number is just the bottle to crack after dinner, with or without a cheese plate. Pears drizzled with honey, nougat and lifted lemon florals, with a lick of sweetness and soft, lush acidity.

Zazou Pét-Nat 2021

DML VIN produce single vineyard Pinot Noir to both express and celebrate the differences between regions. Blood plum, cherry, a little spice and some subtle oak are met with an earthy edge, fine powdery tannins across the palate with a lovely lengthy finish. Il Farneto Frisant Rosato Pét-Nat 2020

The Derwent portion was 100% whole bunch fermented using only light foot plunges. The weather wasn't as kind to the Huon fruits, instead, this portion was destemmed and sorted, leaving only the best fruit for whole-berry fermentation. The resulting wine is a celebration of the softness and elegance of Huon fruit and the structure and spice of the Derwent. It's approachable and drinking beautifully in its youth.

It's a lovely evolution of the style and speaks to the tension and line that comes from the cooler vintage and the region itself.
