Lo Havoc Shiraz 2023

This vintage is a little deeper thanks to a long and cool growing season. The fruit spent 2 weeks on skins, and 5 months in Slavonian oak then 3 months in stainless, making for a profile that’s all raspberry, cherry, blueberry and bramble fruits. Look out for a lovely chalky edge, some cooling herb and a brisk acidity that’ll have it pairing amazingly well with all your favourite summer feasts.

Mr Banks West Coast IPA

Known as one of the early pioneers of biodynamic farming, their farm was one of the first to gain certification in the Alsace over 20 years ago. Made in a méthode traditionnelle style, from a blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Riesling, with a small portion of Pinot Gris, it’s dry, it’s fresh and is all around delicious. A great priced alternative to Champagne, with notes of green apple, pear, hazelnut and a very refined bead.

Captivating with wildflowers, cut straw, yellow fruits and a cloudy texture that has just the right amount of grip. Pour it out gently to pour off all that lovely sediment ProFondo, deep, which gives the wine a little intrigue. Amazing with dried apricots and soft cheeses.

Weaver Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Stunning Canberra District Grenache that continues to evolve in the glass—just when you think you've got it under wraps, it surprises you by revealing even more of its serious side. Moppity-grown fruit spent six weeks on skins for this cuvée, in the glass it's textural and begins sweetly-fruited, with a smidge of savoury character that meets leaf litter and earthy cinnamon.

Linear Grenache 2022

The ripeness of Hilltops' fruit is doing nothing but favours to this Tempranillo. Gloriously medium to full-bodied in the glass with layers of sarsaparilla and cola nut meeting a lovely herbaceous edge and a wash of leathery tannins.

In the glass, stone fruits meet citrus blossom and subtle notes of white peach, while sliced pear and a fresh, crisp acidity with some gentle flint-like character and texture glide across the palate.

Ready to amp up your guzzle dial? This one’s full of ripe cherry pie and a little dusty tannin makes it great value. Has a little soft edge thanks to time in terracotta.

Fox John Sangiovese 2021

We made a thoughtful selection of subregional character when considering the wines we wanted to share with you. In McLaren Vale, the sandy soils of the vineyard work well to highlight the aromatics of the Grenache. This year's iteration is a real step up in complexity and structure! With the extra dimension of wild plum, think sweet red currants with some crunch to the fruit, and a lovely tight grain of tannin, all wrapped with a veil of berry and violet aromatics. Sweet, spice-laden and with a silk-like textural flow—there's a real finesse to this wine. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we live and work and pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Grown and made on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.

This Must Be The Place McLaren Vale Grenache 2021

Made with mostly Fiano and some divinely aromatic Falanghina Greco, plus just a poca of Trebbiano. Was left on skins for a minute before being aged in steel in Cilento which is the DOP for Buffalo Mozzarella. You know what they say, if it grows together, it goes together. (1000ml)
