Black olive, notes of charcuterie and a good dose of peppery spice are met with a refreshing acidity and a vegetal edge (it must be good for you!). A blend of Yarra and Beechworth fruit, and spending time in declassified barrels for a supremely good glass of wine. Yum!

Jamsheed Apricity Syrah 2021

Beautifully chiselled and taut, this Chardonnay utilises a much more restrained approach to oak influence than many other American examples that make their way across the Pacific. Struck flint, citrus peel, yellow apple and a drizzle of honey with some white pepper spice and a long, delicate finish. This is world-class Chardy.

Sandhi Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay 2019

Red and black cherry, ripe raspberry and a little brown earth spice on the palate, and with a lick of whole bunch sap for good measure. A more structural play on Pinot, this has silky red fruits that finish with a little oak tannin.

Two Tonne TMV Pinot Noir 2021

Another savoury wine with a fresh nose opening with a little saline, pith, and stone fruit. There’s a herbaceous edge, some white pepper and green capers – salt and spice, would suit olives.

Du Cane Hut Pale Ale

A collaboration between Garage Project and Proper Crisps, this IPA is brewed with fresh New Zealand malts and Proper's own potatoes in the mash along with Kiwi Nelson Sauvin and US hops. Garage Project Proper Crisps IPA

Made from equal parts organically grown Grillo and Riesling, with roughly 5% Muscat de Petit Grains. Juicy peach and nectarine, with a hint of crunchy texture from some gentle skin-contact influence.

Having undergone full malolactic fermentation and maturation in neutral oak, the Crudo Chardonnay showcases a zesty and fruit-driven palate of fleshy nectarines, grapefruit peel, and lime leaf with some saline acidity and a little chalky texture.
