Single parcel Ribolla Gialla spent three months on skins, four years in barrel, and over 10 years in the bottle. 3781 is the parcel below Radikon's cellar and where the team harvest the best grapes, only in the greatest vintages. Tilquin is a blender, meaning they buy base wort, then ferment, blend, and age the beers themselves. And guess what? They use the same base wort that Cantillon uses! So it’s the closest thing you can get. Quetsche is the Alsatian word for a purple plum, so it should come as no surprise that this Lambic ale has an extra layer of interest, with the addition of purple plums; creating the perfect marriage of tartness and juicy fruit. The nose is perfumed and complex with rich plum and brandy notes, while on the palate the plums add some drying tannic notes. 375ml

There are just 34 bottles of this Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, aged in a French oak port cask. You'll be greeted by notes of butterscotch, malt, and toasted almonds, before moving into a thick, sleek, and rich palate, with a hint of zest and lingering spice on the finish. 60-63% ABV

Pouring a lovely golden hue with a delicate aroma, this Triple shows a lovely interplay between spicy, minty hops and a biscuity, nutty malt profile. Full-bodied, but not overpowering, with a lingering warmth of alcohol on the finish.

The beer pours a lovely reddish colour, looking almost as good as it tastes. There is farmhouse funk up front on the nose, which is soon complemented by juicy blackberry notes, a spritz of lemon, and just a touch of oak. This delightful drop finishes dry, tart, and leaves you wishing you'd bought two! 375ml

Pinot Grigio grapes were destemmed and spent 10-14 days on skins (compared to three months for the 500ml wines) for a less intense iteration of orange wine, and a great introduction to the Radikon range. Aged in Slavonian oak for a year and a half on lees, and bottled without filtration. (750ml)
