A take on the English sloe gin from the Cape Byron Distillery.
Here they use Davidson Plum (a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay) and steep it in their dry gin. The end result has whacks of bright plum, watermelon, rose, and a hint of sweetness rounding it out—delicious served by itself over ice or in your favourite mixed drink.
