Fresh red fruit, elegant acid line, lovely aromatics, and beautifully poised.
Made using the traditional method, this Yarra Valley cuvée uses a combination of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier. It then sees two years on lees prior to disgorging and a light dosage.
