This glorious Australian single malt uses a mash bill of four separate malts—three from Griffith in NSW and one heavily peated malt from the UK borders of Scotland—and is aged in small format ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels. On the nose, this is clean and aromatic with notes of malted barley, dark chocolate and light fruit sweetness. On the palate, notes of citrus intermingle with dark chocolate and a subtle peat finish on the oily body.

In other words, this is just the bottle to settle in with this winter.
