Originally produced as a digestive aid, Bordiga's Amaro Dilei uses a range of wild-harvested herbs such as gentian, simple leaved milfoil, juniper, and white genepy. It's a concentrated yet accessible style of amaro, showcasing notes of honey, citrus, bitter orange, and black tea with a warming ethanol heat and delicate bitterness that lingers on the finish.
