A joint project with Erinn Klein from Ngeringa and made with fruit sourced from throughout "The Hills".
The genesis of the wine was to make a summery-vibed red with an emphasis of drinkability and fruitfulness... and in our humble opinion we certainly got there!
The resulting wine is all about Slip n' Slide—certainly no hard edges here folks! An easy glide of cherry-berried fruit. A little earthiness thanks to the Pinot fruit and a faint whisper of amaro or cherry pip bitterness pulls things into line...
Will do great things chilled when the suns out!

Who is Ngeringa?
Located in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, wine maker Erinn Klein is one of Australia’s original biodynamic winegrowing pioneers. Ngeringa has been certified biodynamic for more than 20 years now.
A big focus on working with the natural cycles and rhythms of nature, to allow the sites and the season to be expressed in each wine.
Ngeringa is more than just a vineyard, with a commercial biodynamic fruit and vegetable orchard suppling some of Adelaide’s top restaurants. They also have an olive grove and run Scottish highland cattle, sheep, and chickens.
