This intriguing spirit is the happy cross-pollination of both gin and calvados. Distilled using a blend of apple ciders in Normandy, the spiritual home of Calvados, the spirit was then macerated with juniper berries, ginger, vanilla, lemon, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals and almonds. It's energetic, fruity, and highly aromatic, with a textural and beautifully balanced palate.
