Every bottle seems like a beautiful source of substance. This starts with a lovely bit of struct match reduction (bonjour Chablis lovers) before almonds, white peaches and grapefruits round out the palate.

Who is Paralian Wines?

PARALIAN (N.) – SOMEONE WHO LIVES BY THE SEA

Fresh-faced, aspiring young winemakers Charlie Seppelt & Skyle Salters were tallying up their vintage experiences when they met in 2008 at Hardy’s Tintara in McLaren Vale. A connection was formed over long night shifts, sneaky midnight coffees and love of all things wine.

Many vintages together followed both here in Australia and abroad, but the pull of McLaren Vale was too great and they gave up the nomadic vintage life to put down some roots.

After racking up a collective 46 vintages spanning far and wide it was finally time to make a little wine for themselves and the long-awaited project Paralian Wines was born.

These expressions of synonymous McLaren Vale varieties strive for site and vintage expression, working with local growers to ensure quality and ideal ripeness is met with balance and varietal expression in mind. To do more, is to do less.
