Carlo, an Italian-born chemical engineer swapped test tubes for wine glasses and followed his heart to the Rhone Valley and as they say, the rest is history!
Brimming with red and black berries, light pepper spice and a little red liquorice, there's still plenty of freshness to the fruit keeping this bright and lively for a Southern Rhône red. Each component was handled and matured separately for five months before blending and bottling, without filtering and minimal sulphur added.
