This was brewed with organic grains and passed over Meyer lemons before being fermented with Wildflower's house culture of microflora—wholly foraged from native flowers in NSW. After the primary ferment, the Wildflower crew blended the beer with the juice and pith of oranges, the result is a beer with big citrus notes upfront of savoury marmalade and hints of limoncello. It's light, clean and zippy with hints of both clove spice and bitterness.
