Another beautiful first release from Theo Dancer, who recently acquired vintner rights over the Roc Breïa, a prized parcel in Mâcon—southern Burgundy. The wine is 50% whole bunch and matured in 500L barrels and pours a beautiful ruby, to match its bright and juicy notes. Think full red berries, roses and plums on the nose with a smooth, buttery tannin structure. This one is both adventurous and inviting. A very special bottle indeed.
