TINA, an acronym for This Is Not Alcohol, is made by a Melbourne-based duo Chrissie and Imogen using an oolong tea base combined with organic botanicals to layer complexity and intrigue. 3.0 uses ginkgo, birch, houjicha, saltbush, sacred lotus flower, pink guava, oak and lime leaf for a beverage that's as fresh as an early morning swim!
