Almost Bier de Garde in style and similar to a Saison, however these beers are often characterised by a bolder malt profile and with less aggressive hopping. Brewed using organic barley, raw rye, and hopped with NSW-grown Red Earth hops before being bottled unfiltered and left to bottle condition. There's plenty of weight and richness in the glass, with a spicy and zesty character from the hops along with some bitterness.
