One of the wines that made our 2023! Sabre Rosé is 57% Pinot, 43% Chardonnay and just the right amount of dosage. Fermentation was a deftly split between barrel and stainless to make for a consistently dry and well-balanced sparkling.
The palate is textural and refreshing thanks to subtle flavours of strawberry tops, almond meal, creamy dough and a citrusy acidity. YUM!
