Mostly Merlot with a bit of Cab. Franc fermented in cement to bring the fruit forward.
Tannins are dusty and present, but there’s some black currant, mulberry wrapped in a little leather and smokey tobacco. Savoury, dry and really good with mushroom fricassee.
