A wonderful example of Beechworth Chardonnay that's soft, luscious and a joy to drink.
Hand-picked fruit, pressed as whole bunches and fermented with some new French oak before resting on lees for 10 months. The resulting wine has some textural chew, with stone fruit, nectarine and deftly played oak.
