Grower Champagne – grapes are farmed, vinified, bottled and riddlered (bottles turned to incorporate phenolics) in-house. These are always bursting with terroir and represent the year and the land with just a little bit of the house’s inflexion. Here, it’s all taut and focused. This NV runs deep with some moreish texture. Seems like an ode to Langres cheese.
