This takes 90 days to brew, and uses barley, a blend of Slovenian and Czech hops, and pure spring water. Pure, subtly bitter, and very tasty. (330ml) 8.5% ABV

Duvel Belgian Beer

A very delicious, very iconic Trappist ale! Dark amber in colour, with a sweet fruity element, this is a real treat. 330ml 7.0% ABV

Chimay Red

Frank Boon was the first brewer to bring back the raspberry Lambic in the summer of 1976. More than 300 grams per litre of fresh raspberries give Framboise Boon a fresh fruity taste. The young Lambic supports the flavour. (375ml) 5.0% ABV

Boon Framboise 2018

A blend of old and young lambics, matured in foudres, then bottle matured for at least six months. Golden, sparkling, and utterly delicious. (750ml) 7.0% ABV

Lindemans Cuvée René Oude Gueuze  2019

Delicate notes of vanilla, clove leading into a full toffee and caramel sensation. A timeliness beer that warms your heart. 500ml 6.5% ABV

Leffe Brune Dark 

Leffe Blond is an authentic blond abbey beer with a slight hint of bitterness to it. Golden colour, smooth and full bodied, rich creamy head. 500ml

Leffe Blonde 

400g of wild cherries are fermented with young and old Boon-Lambic aged in oak casks. It’s bottled and refermented, unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurized and unbelievably delicious. (375ml) 7.0% ABV

Boon Oude Geuze A L Ancienne 

A full-bodied, classic barley wine made with classic Rodenbach ingredients like cranberry, elderberry and sour cherries. It opens with a big hit of barley wine maltiness and ripe fruit notes and glides into classic Rodenbach acidity delivering cranberry and sour cherries to finish. (330ml) 9.2% abv

Rodenbach x De Molen Wieken & Krieken Red Fruit Barley Wine

From the legends of Lambic beers, Brouwerij Boon, this Monoblend is derived from the very last filling of their prizewinning cask No. 108 before it was retired. With a distinctive vinous edge and the trademark gentle volatile acidity that Vat 108 possessed, this is a rugged and full-flavoured lambic that will delight lovers of spontaneous fermentation beers. (375ml) 8.0% ABV

Boon Oude Geuze Vat 108B

From Brouwerij Verhaeghe, who also produce the inimitable Duchesse de Bourgogne Flanders Red, this is a textbook Flemish red ale which was matured in oak casks for a minimum of eight months. Tart cherry, warming vanilla, and sweet balsamic notes along with crunchy, saline acidity that gives it an almost Madeira-like quality. (330ml) 5.1% ABV

A traditional Flemish red ale - and one of our favourites! Smooth and rich with notes of passionfruit, chocolate, and great acidity. (330ml) 6.2% ABV

Brouwerij Veraeghe Duchesse de Bourgogne Flemish Red Ale

Yet another outstanding beer from Belgian brewery, 3 Fonteinen - made in the memory of the brewery’s founder, the late Gaston Debelder. Uses a lambic base with 30% of the mix made up of raspberries from the Payottenland, and 5% sour cherries. Tart, complex, and utterly delicious. (375ml)

3 Fonteinen Hommage Raspberry & Cherry Lambic

A collaboration for the ages! This bottle brings together ten HORAL members to create a complex, layered blend of young and old Lambic beers. If we've jumped ahead a bit too quickly, HORAL are the Belgium-based 'High Council for Artisanal Lambic Beers' made up of local gueuze brewers and blenders, so you can be certain these guys know their stuff. Lindemans GOYCK Lambic

3 Fonteinen is one of the last traditional lambic breweries and geuze blenders in Belgium. 100% spontaneous from brew to bottle. Family-owned, they still brew in Beersel with barrels and bottles of geuze and fruit lambic developing in Lot, a few kilometers away from the brewery. This Hommage is macerated for 4 1/2 months. The lambics used originate from 6 different barrels and 5 different brews. (375ml) 6.3% ABV

A blend of one, two, and three year-old lambic ales, re-fermented in bottle to give the Geuze its famous Champagne-esque effervescence. The base for the lambic is made up of barley malt (60%), unmalted wheat (40%), aged hops, and water - all fermented with native yeasts and matured in oak casks. Complex, dry, and phenomenal drinking. (1500ml) 7.2% ABV

## ABOUT BEER
At the end of a long day, there’s nothing quite like a good beer. Since the recent explosion of the craft beer scene, we’ve had our eyes opened to the extensive reach of the amber brew—hell, sometimes it’s a different colour completely! If you're after hops galore, how about an IPA, or a slightly more subdued pale ale? We’re big fans of a malty backbone in our beers, and even reach for a roasty, toasty stout in the cooler months. If you’re here to experiment, mixed-fermentation beers open a whole new world of flavour, while a kettle sour is sure to do the trick on a sunny afternoon.
