It’s the perfect wine to see you through warm days and long summer nights. Pinot Gris comes from Robert Surmann’s vineyard in Totness. Fruit is destemmed and left to rest for four days before being pressed into a ceramic egg and fermented for two weeks. It finishes on lees in the bottle for five months and then disgorged.

100% Lenswood Pinot Noir that is whole bunch pressed to concrete before being bottled and disgorged. There is still a little cloudiness to this wine that gives a nice textural edge. Fresh citrus zest, pink grapefruit, and lemon sherbet. Crisp and refreshing, delicious.
