Beautiful. That colour is thanks to plenty of time on skins which teases out all the Semillon’s sandalwood, papaya and fennel seed notes. The tannins are papery but present, and there’s some great texture. A good time - serious orange - wine made by some local weirdos.

Alive with sweet, mixed berries and a sprinkling of herbs. Local Weirdos are always entertaining. We have some great memories – stares into the distance fondly – ‘ahhhh.’ Anyway, there are piquant edges, and it's loaded with fruity charms that jolt through the wine in a package that French Lofi / Soif drinkers will love. Can even get a petit chill.

Vibrant and approachable Shiraz from one of the state’s most prized winemaking pockets. What a wine to show off to your most rusted on South Oz Shiraz lovers. Complex and full of olive tapenade, earthy notes and a lot of savouriness, it’s simultaneously unique but approachable.

Bannockburn 1314 Shiraz 2024

A delicious blend of Fiano that saw four days on skins and whole bunch-pressed Pecorino has resulted in what can only be described as golden hour in a bottle. In the glass, expect floral jasmine and acacia alongside golden orchard fruits, touches of ripe pear and a luscious texture. A perfect match with prosciutto-wrapped melon, spicy Southeast Asian dishes or just a friend at sunset.

Parco Giallo 2024

If it were French, they’d call it vin de soif style Pinot Noir, meaning it’s a thirst-quenching delight that’s for drinking now at the park with a modest cheeseboard, rather than out of a decanter you can’t bear to watch others handle. So expect fun flavours, like cherries and berries wrapped in sheer tannins and acidity. Perfect, just as it is.

A collaboration between I’ll Fly Away and NSW fashion brand, High Tea with Mrs Woo. This has a great savoury edge and some oxidative spice for all you Jura fans out there, but all the stonefruit and a little pulled brioche note keeps things inviting, very lovely and a step up in the Pet Nat game.

These grapes are picked in two phases, with the first being fermented as berries before the second is fermented whole bunch which explains the long chew and endless cherries that drive deep into the soul of your palate and nest, nurturing as a flavour-filled smile until just after the bottle’s done.

Perfect, right down to the clean, delicious drive that’s bursting with green apple, citrus blossom, and a hint of honeysuckle. It gets along swimmingly with Campari and Aperol if you're feeling particularly spritzy.
