Remaining in barrel for a further nine months, before blending and bottling unfined, unfiltered and without any sulphur additions.

Atanasius is a blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, coming from 35-year-old vines. Hand-harvest, fully destemmed fruit was fermented on skins for three weeks, in used barrels. Aged in those same barrels for a further 12 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any additions.
