We love what Bobar is doing with their blends. This one's as much about the 15% Syrah, which is then blended with 85% Pinot post fermentation. Truly a wine for lo-fi red lovers, with big cherry and berry flavours and a nice nudge of tannin that adds structure with a little stemmy herbaceous-ness.
