Riesling grown on Moutere gravel which helps drive acidity and subdue bigger fruit flavours in this Unkel. There's honey blossom on the nose and hints of barley sugar, then fresh herbs and a chalky palate. For a rizz that's full of character and bigger flavours though, this is still very bright and refreshing.
