Made from 100% Nero d'Avola, a variety perfectly suited to the hot, dry climate of South Australia's Riverland region. Strawberries and cream, some orange essence and oil, along with Nero's hallmark herbal character. A creamy texture adds richness, with some salinity and a lick of plum skin coming together in a dry, moreish finish.
