Straight up Castelão—a Portuguese native variety—brimming with crunchy red fruits, orange oil, a crack of spice, and a nice sandy grip. Hand-harvested fruit underwent partial whole bunch fermentation before spending 11 months resting on lees in old Burgundy barrels.
