Estate-grown in both Chassagne and parcels scattered across the Côte Chalonnaise, Aligoté—as with all their whites—was pressed as whole bunches and fermented with wild yeasts, before resting on lees in a mix of old oak and stainless tanks. Fresh with some mid-palate richness and texture thanks to the old oak, this is endlessly delicious and great value Aligoté.

The only blended Aligoté in the lineup, half the fruit is harvested from old vines in Marsannay, with the remainder coming from Échevronne in Hautes Côtes. Energetic with plenty of depth from the old vines, with a delightfully refreshing saline finish. The wine was matured in old foudre and sent back to stainless tanks for a short rest before bottling.
