Nebiulina is a lighter 'nouveau' style Nebbiolo and a wine we've come to look forward to each year, with this iteration as pretty and perfumed as ever. Un-oaked and pure fruited, sourced from vineyards in Piedmont's Priocca and Govone, where each site's sandier soils allow for a more perfumed and less structured wine that lends itself quite nicely to a bit of a chill.

Una Litro might be Italian for ‘extra bliss’, though we’re pretty rusty. It’s partly moscato but it’s dry and full of creamy lemon curd, peach and that grapefruit grip that comes with all the best things from Piedmont. No skin contact here, just pulpy phenolic grip.
