There’s so good funk here thanks to plenty of hay and just overripe stone fruit on the nose. It’s got a little pulpy texture and pith, and we love all the dreamy acacia flowers and nectarine on the palate.

Laden with apple, pear, some phenolic drive and little white pepper, this is a complex glass of wine that still remains fresh and dry. Pinot Grigio spent a short time on skins and was aged on lees, adding layers of texture that really draw you in and keep you coming back.
