A delicious blend of Fiano that saw four days on skins and whole bunch-pressed Pecorino has resulted in what can only be described as golden hour in a bottle. Grown on bush vines, and raised in seasoned oak for 8 months, great winemaking and farming allows this wine to just feel… right.
