Outstanding gin, crafted in the Macedon Ranges using foraged Southern Sassafras. Robust and delicious. Made with fresh rain water collected off the farm, juniper, orange peel, cardamom, bay leaf, orris root, cassia bark, coriander, star anise, angelica and Australian native Southern Sassafras. La Gritona Reposado is a subtle and distinctive 100% blue agave tequila distilled by Melly Barajas at her small distillery in Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Rested in reused American whiskey barrels for 8 months before filtering and bottling. The facility is overseen by a small staff of local women that work each process from start to finish. Light on sweetness, with a stunning aroma of agave. Although rested on oak, the taste remains herbaceous and vegetal, without the typical notes normally associated with a highland Reposado. The finish is crisp and round with no burn. Definitely drink it straight or with a cheeky crispy lager on the side. (700ml) 40% ABV

Pasqua Pinot Grigio 2022

This hoppy farmhouse ale was brewed to celebrate the US brewery's 11th anniversary—so you know it's gonna be good! The Saison was brewed with oats and blue corn, and fermented with a missed culture of Brewers yeast and wild yeast. For the finishing touch, they use Fuggles and Perle in the dry hop. Bottle conditioned and 100% re-fermentation in the bottle. Hoppy, complex farmhouse ale. (750ml) 6.0% ABV
