Weihenstephaner Pils

Predominately Pinot Noir, this year's iteration is richer and more opulent while retaining its balanced freshness. A little heathered honey, with layers of strawberry mousse, red apple skin and a nice jolt of citrus oil zing, with a low dosage at 3.5g. This release is based on the 2020 harvest, with 15% coming from the Lubiana reserve wine program.

Jean Marc Sélèque Solessence Extra Brut Champagne NV

A delightful collaboration between Hong Kong-based Sunday's Spirits, and Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery in Koriyama, Japan. This tasty drop is a blend of barrel-aged malt and grain spirits from around the world which have been mixed with Japanese Whisky, and matured in predominantly ex-Bourbon casks in Japan for at least three years. Aromatically, there are lovely notes of chamomile and white pepper, leading into a palate of shochu, cocoa nib, and even a hint of chilli flakes. (750ml) 40% ABV

Pennyweight is a small traditional winery, owned and operated by the 4th and 5th generation Morris family winemakers.
