Flow and glide. Like watching one of those Byron Bay longboarders gracefully carve a wave. Slashes here throw flavoursome white florals, peach fuzz, earthy spices and a savoury finish. I think my Insta feed has infiltrated my work brain.

Lunch-style claret with sweeps of tannin and strokes of freshening herbs on a canvas of boysenberry, mulberry and cassis. Oh no, I've been looking at Ab-ex paintings again. Apologies, but it is beautiful.

It’s all about approachability, and with notes of tobacco and a boysenberry-led nose, there’s plenty to love and be lured in by. Great value.

Remember the documentary, Man on Wire? Imagine walking between buildings. Anyway, Leogate is a lightly tropical Sauvignon Blanc that has just a dab of that field/grassy palate we love and plenty of refreshing bite.

The Bee Gees of our wine range. That means an easy-drinking rosé full of candied fruit that stays squeaky clean and dry enough. Yes, there’s a nod to sweetness, but it’s hidden under all the other layers, like the often misheard lyrics of Stayin’ Alive.

A clever wine that’s beautifully delicate and balanced. Sentiō used different vessels for maturation and the blend comes through rich first, before letting through delicate almond meal and white peach flavours.

Sentio Beechworth Chardonnay 2024

A blend of hilltop vineyards blended for heaps of vanilla and lemon curd. 2023 was a cooler vintage, expect depth and drive, and for an added layer, Polperro gave some oxidative handling which adds another, tasty, facet to wine.

Off-dry, but sharp enough and packing some luscious texture. We call this an Alsace-style Riesling so bring your prowess for shucking and a tray of oysters. Don’t worry if you forget the lemons, the wine has plenty of citrussy bite.

Plan B OD Off Dry Riesling 2023

Fruit builds and builds, but things stay approachable and minerally throughout. The style is flinty and crispy, and there’s some citrus that just pushes through without ever hogging the limelight. Lovely.
